Join us for a 3-Hour long sports party! We will begin as a big group learning the benefits of mindful play before we go to our respective sports. We begin with the fundamentals of our sport through games, stories, and breathing exercises. The last hour we do a Round Robin of pure matches.

OUR MISSION

We aim to listen carefully to those who give us their time, attention and support and welcome any and all feedback (it's in our name!). We seek to become the teachers, coaches and guides we admired as children-and perhaps those we never had but wished we did!

We founded this cooperative out of several passions: to inspire children to follow their questioning and passions and find their own paths to becoming strong, independent adults, to connect those who cross our path and want to venture toward a freer, happier world. We strive to make an honest living offering playful, rewarding experiences and whatever wisdom we can relay and attain in the process.

Join our weekend leagues—  Offering Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football, and T-Ball. We balance active play, by creating a peaceful yet exciting atmosphere for all ages. Sign Up for a season full of movement, teamwork, and non-competitive, high energy fun!

ENRICHMENT

We offer after-school enrichment programs through sports and arts. We emphasize community building and emotional resilience.

We are proud to offer classes in visual and performing arts, including dance, painting, theatrical hikes in nature, and Smartphone Film-making. We teach mindful techniques because we understand how they to foster creativity.
